How long will my CSN account remain active if I do not use
it?
|
Regular
users must log in every 90 days to keep the account from going dormant. CSN
users with User admin capability must login every 45 days. If you have exceeded
the time limit and are unable to log in, please contact your applicable CSN
country support center for assistance.

HPE
CSN is reserved for HPE Services Providers and Authorized Self Maintainers
only. You should contact your HPE CSN administrator at your company to get a
CSN User
account.
